Strength & Serenity Counseling is a private practice group of skilled Therapists and Life Coaches that are here to serve you. Our team draws from a variety of evidenced based, culturally sensitive, and spiritual resources to deliver treatment and support for our clients. We provide a compassionate and safe environment to support your mental health and wellness. Our team will help you navigate your psychological, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. We will help you address your self limiting beliefs, negative self talk, trauma, and stories in order to improve your mental wellness. We offer various price points based on counselor or coach from $100-$180 per session.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.
